Steve Brock, founder and CEO of Brock Built, brings over 25 years of homebuilding experience to the marketplace. His homes showcase superior craftsmanship at exceptional values. To date, Steve has built over 1000 homes and has literally altered the landscape of Atlanta’s West Side. He has created exciting places to live close to the city with beautiful homes, tree lined streets, neighborhood parks, sidewalks and relaxing green spaces. “Our goal is to enrich the lives we touch by helping our buyers achieve their dreams through home ownership”, explains Steve.
Brock Built has won numerous Professionalism Awards, Obie awards, 2008 Homebuilder of the Year presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for professionalism and excellence in home building and 2009 Earth Craft Builder of the Year. Steve has served as President of Dekalb Homebuilders Association and the Dekalb Developers Council. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association and has been named “Builder at Large”. Additionally, he is the Urban Land Institute’s Housing Committee Chair and was a Board Member of the Agape Center.
